Training and Development Opportunities
Valentis recognises the importance of our people. Our vision is for Valentis to support our team's development by providing tools and training required for a successful career.
In 2017, we launched the Valentis Scholarship Program which provided an opportunity for our geological team to visit Australia to conduct field studies and attend mining conferences.
In 2018, Valentis launched the Valentis School of Management and Leadership for up and coming managers and leaders in our team.
